Delivery of Fabric by the Metre
All our fabrics are printed to order. We aim to dispatch your order within 3 weeks from the date we have received payment for your order. Lead times may vary from time to time. We will provide you with an estimated delivery time when you place your order and notify you if there are any delays. We are not responsible for the consequences of any delays.
For UK Mainland deliveries:
Delivery of samples is free
Delivery of up to 6m of fabric folded £6.95
Delivery of up to 15m on a roll £12
Delivery of over 15m of fabric on a roll £18
We will quote for overseas shipping per order. Please note that we may not be able to ship to some countries. We will advise you of this when you place your order.
Please check for any damage to packaging and fabric before accepting delivery. Please report any damage caused by the delivery company to us within 48 hours. Please do not accept delivery of damaged goods and do not sign for delivery. Ask the driver for a damaged freight report which will need your signature and then contact us as soon as possible. Goods are not covered by transit insurance once you have accepted delivery.
If you receive faulty fabric please let us know within 7 days of receiving the fabric.
Please always check that you have received the correct fabric from us when it is delivered, particularly before handing it to a third party such as a curtain maker. Please notify us within 7 days if you have received the wrong fabric. In the event that the wrong fabric has been delivered we will only refund the purchase price of the goods dispatched.
Delivery of Homeware
We aim to dispatch homeware within 1-2 days of receipt of order. Delivery within UK mainland is by 2nd class Royal Mail and the charge is £3.99 per item. We are able to arrange express next day delivery at a charge of £4.99. Please contact us if you require this service.
